I love Phil.  He has become the most cuddly of this litter by far.  He follows me around the yard and house and just wants to be by you.  He is also the most sensitive of the puppies.  Kind words and gentle hand is going to He loves curling up in your lap and just stays there.  He likes playing, but is quick to come back to you and curl up, he's content there.

3/13/24 Update:

Phil is going to be your "I want to be with you" buddy.  He loves to play and will get vocal when he wants to be with you and when he feels like he's locked up away from the group.  He is very treat motivated and can get excited.  Once settled he's just fine in the pen.  He is very soft and would do very well with a playmate (not a rough one) because he likes to play.  He is probably the one that I am most attached to and he has a special place with me.
